Distanční forma – např. webináře, e-studijní opory, elektronické zdroje ke studiu, další studijní materiály apod. (MS Teams). Annotation
The subject acquaints students with basic concepts of education financing, definitions of basic concepts that are used in the economic context of school and educational policy and which will accompany their further study of economically focused subjects. The chapter devoted to the state budget will introduce the chapter of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and its basic principles.
At the end of the course the basic principles of financial control and accounting of state resources will be explained. The aim is to be able to orientate in the basic concepts of education financing, characterize the state budget, differentiate the competencies of the state and territorial self-governing units in the financial area in education.
