Annotation
The course builds on the knowledge gained in the first semester of bachelor study and guides students through the process of budgeting at various levels in education and defines its basic principles. It will also focus on the basic principles of financial control in public administration.
In the context of school management, the subject also focuses on the financing of regional education, including the definition of the powers of school heads and school facilities in drawing up, approving and implementing the budget. A specific topic at the end of the course is the issue of a school legal entity as a unique legal form in the field of education.
Learning outcomes of the course unit are developing theoretical knowledge acquired in the first semester of bachelor study and to provide students with detailed, broad knowledge and skills in the field of economics of schools and school facilities.
