The course anchors the specifics of school management by comparison with corporate management. At the same time, it acquaints students with approaches in general management that are not yet fully applied in school management, but which are established and promising for their management.Specifically, the technique of effective negotiation, which when incorporated into school management can contribute significantly to a more effective and harmonious environment.
