Annotation
The course is designed as a professional discourse into the management practice of schools and educational institutions. The course includes an introduction to the concept of the Management in Practice III course (organization, content, activities in individual meetings in schools (faculty schools) and other educational institutions as well as in the for-profit sector).
The concept of management practice is based on the application of the PAL - Peer assisted leadership - shadowing method (linking theory with practice). The aim of the course is the application of theoretical knowledge in the field of school and labour law and the economics of education to school practice (focus on PR and EFM).
The student will learn methods of reflection and self-reflection, strengthen social skills, communication and teamwork.
