Annotation
The concept of management and leadership of schools and educational institutions belongs to the key topics of the field of School Management and is also emphasized by educational practice. The aim of the course is to summarize and complement the knowledge from other subjects and disciplines of School Management and to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for strategic management and leadership at the level of the whole educational organization.
After completing the course, students will be able to independently evaluate the effectiveness of the use of individual concepts and approaches to leadership at different levels and applied in school management as a field of educational practice and in the actual activities of a school or school leader.
