Annotation
Participants will get acquainted with the basic managerial functions and will be able to apply theoretical knowledge, especially in the field of planning in schools and school facilities. They will get acquainted with the process of creating the mission and vision of the school (or SZ) and gain the basics of strategic planning skills.
