7. Historical development of educational institutions and opinions on education.
Annotation
The course is designed as an introduction to those topics of general pedagogy that are important in terms of the profession of educator. Students will master the basic pedagogical terminology and gain an overview of the structure of the field.
It also includes a general introduction to the history of education and educational institutions with a special focus on the educational system of the Czech Republic. The course creates a knowledge base for the study of other pedagogical disciplines in the field of education.
