Syllabus

Organization and course of practice:In the framework of the Introductory Educational Course, students acquaint themselves with a particular school as an organisation, gains a basic idea of the functioning of the school, the structure of the school day and the lesson. Students think about the observed reality and compares it with their own experience.

It seeks a functional form of observation record and formulates questions that arise from observations. It is aware of its own motivation to study the chosen field.

It bases its own reflective documentation of practice (or student portfolio) and understands its meaning.Organisationally, the course is realised in the form of student observation under the supervision of a teacher from the Faculty of Education at elementary school. Students in smaller groups are observing in 1st  grade classes, discuss with class teachers and school leaders and participates in reflective seminars.  Students fulfill the sub-tasks set by the supervisor.

In the case of interest, students are allowed to realise independent management of selected activity at the end of the practice also they can teach part of the lesson on the basis of the pre-consulted preparation.
