Syllabus

1. Basics of running technique, athletic alphabet

2. Starts using athletic movement games, endurance running

3. High jump - rebound preparation, practice of the rough form of the flop

4. Long jump - rebound preparation - multiple jumps, high jump

5. Long jump, jumps from the start, training of the crouching method

6. Practice throwing the ball

7. Musical movement education, exercise without apparatus (optimal posture, technique of alignments)

8. Exercise with hand apparatus (development of manipulation, development of orientation and differentiation of movement), traditional and non-traditional equipment

9. Dance education (folk, social dances, country dances and contemporary dance styles)

10. Coordination and strength abilities using labile equipment (over ball, fit ball, bosu etc.)

11. Develeopment of endurance

12. Development of flexibility

Rhytmics gymnastics and conditioning programs in gymnastics specify exercises with predominantly aesthetic and fitness effects. Age-related specifics, performence and healt condition of pupils, suitable forms and exercises. Teaching uses different didactic methods and styles.
