Syllabus
1.) Prezentace vzdělávacích programů v mateřských školách 2.) Restrukturalizace závažných problémů (využití pedagogického portfolia), jejich pojmenování, pochopení podstaty problému a souvislostí, návrhy možných řešení 3.) Aplikace teoretických znalostí do pedagogické praxe (studium odborné literatury) do pedagogické praxe (přípravy, hledání různých variant, inovativních přístupů atd.) 4.) Příprava, realizace a evaluace vzdělávací činnosti v mateřské škole 5.) Sebereflexe a postupné vytváření individuálního vnitřního modelu žádoucích pedagogických dovedností (např. vytvořit si sebehodnotící arch).
Annotation
The content of the seminar will reflect pedagogical practice, exchange of experience in pedagogical practice, discussion of current issues (school and class education program, evaluation, etc.).
• Presentation of educational programs in kindergartens
• Restructuring of serious problems (use of pedagogical portfolio), their naming, understanding of the essence of problem and context, suggestions for possible solutions
• Application of theoretical knowledge to pedagogical practice (study of professional literature) in pedagogical practice (preparation, , innovative approaches, etc.)
• Preparation, implementation and evaluation of educational activities in kindergarten
• Self-reflection and gradual creation of an individual internal model of desirable pedagogical skills (eg create a self-evaluation sheet).
Time load (3 credits):
- direct lessons at the seminar: 6 hours
- work on tasks in own pedagogical practice: 20 hours
- Moodle tasks: 29 hours
- preparation for presentation of own practice: 20 hours
