Basics of proper nutrition and psychohygiene.The role of the teacher in the process of deciding on his / her own behavior towards health, on health protection and safety of preschool children.Objectives and content of health education in pre-primary education, specific educational needs of pupils in relation to health issues, cooperation of teachers with family.Information background for health promotion, selective access to information.

Annotation

The course presents basic paradigms of health promotion in relation to the profession of a nursery teacher. It opens the issue of health literacy and its development priorities, presents approaches to health promotion in the environment of inclusive education.

He sees health education as a conscious creation of opportunities to identify ways to promote health and a basis for necessary changes in behavior. It analyzes selected factors influencing health in an inclusive kindergarten in relation to the personal and professional needs of the teacher, the individual needs and interests of children and the requirements of parents.
