Annotation
In the first phase, the course develops topics of project specifics and project management. It acquaints students with the rules of project management optimization in education.
Students theoretically, but on specific cases, go through the entire process of project management - from thinking about the suitability of solving a problem through the project to maintaining the change. The specifics of project management are anchored by comparison with general strategic and tactical management.
