Syllabus
V přednášce budou posluchači seznámeni s následujícími tématy:
1. Přehled morfologie a ontogeneze hmyzu, cesta od hemimetabolie k holometabolii, fylogeneze a klasifikace hmyzu. Entognatha: Protura, Collembola a Diplura; Archaeognatha a Zygentoma; Palaeoptera: Ephemeroptera a Odonata.
2. Neoptera: Plecoptera + Dermaptera + Zoraptera; blattopteroidní komplex.
3. Orthopteroidní komplex; Paraneoptera, Psocodea, úvod k Psocoptera.
4. Dokončení Psocoptera; Thysanoptera; hemipteroidní komplex I: Coleorrhyncha.
5. Hemipteroidní komplex II: Heteroptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Sternorrhyncha.
6. Oligoneoptera: Trichoptera, Lepidoptera, Mecoptera včetně Siphonaptera.
7. Diptera, Strepsiptera.
8. Neuropteroidní komplex: Megaloptera, Neuroptera, Raphidioptera; Coleoptera I.
9. Coleoptera II, Hymenoptera I.
10. Dokončení Hymenoptera; význam hmyzu a hospodářské využití; hmyz v umění.
Annotation
Entomology provides its participants basic information about insects (Hexapoda: Insecta). Introduction is dedicated to general information about insects and their phylogenetical relationship; the course itself is focused on particular orders (primary wingless insects, Palaeoptera and Neoptera) with focus on Central European groups, their usage in teaching and practical use (economic benefits, agricultural pests, disease transmiters etc.).
