The aim of the course is to introduce students to inclusive didactics. Students will know the procedures of individualization and differentiation of tasks and cooperative learning processes according to the principles of constructive multidimensional didactics.
Participants will learn to distinguish between functional and non-functional group cooperation of pupils in the classroom, learning strategies based on the creation of preconcepts, the use of cognitive styles of students, metacognitive strategies. They will get acquainted with the possibilities of class organization and stimulating environment in the school for the implementation of controlled activities in small and larger student groups.
They will learn to identify barriers in the school environment that prevent individualization and differentiation of learning activities, and to plan learning strategies that are based on knowledge of individual developmental peculiarities of students and in gradual steps develop the student's potential for learning.
