1. Vznik a vývoj sociální a kulturní andragogiky; kulturně-osvětová andragogika
2. Předmět a metodologie sociální a kulturní andragogiky
3. Socializace, resocializace a integrace, sociální prostředí, sociální pomoc dospělým, sociální učení
4. Kultivace osobnosti, enkulturace, zprostředkování kulturních hodnot a aktivní participace na životě společnosti
5. Interkulturní a multikulturní aspekty společnosti
6. Cílové skupiny sociálně-edukační práce s dospělými – východiska, vzdělávací potřeby
7. Specifika edukace marginalizovaných skupin – rizika, potřeby a možnosti dalšího vzdělávání, resocializace
8. Sociálně-andragogická intervence – charakteristika, etapy, metody
9. Specifika kulturně zaměřené edukace; muzeologie a kulturologie
10. Odborníci působící v edukaci dospělých – jejich kompetence a kvalifikace, sebevzdělávání, psychohygiena a prevence syndromu vyhoření

Annotation
A significant area of interest in andragogy is the social field. This issue is represented by social andragogy as an applied andragogical discipline focused on the education and re-education of adults in a social context.
Social andragogy examines the relationship between the social environment, the social situation of the individual and his/her educational potential; it deals with the issue of integration and resocialization of the adult into society and helps disadvantaged individuals and marginalized groups to solve crisis and unexpected life situations through counselling and education. Cultural andragogy, like social andragogy, is still in its infancy in the Czech environment.
Its subject matter is to help the adult in enculturation, maintaining his/her cultural competence and cultivating his/her personality through cultural, educational, leisure and civic activities.
