Annotation
A systemic approach to the management and development of any organization, including organizations providing education, is a key prerequisite for its sustainable development and competitiveness in the environment. In the field of education in particular, it is necessary to follow the main directions of development of education at the national level resulting from educational policy, to respect European trends as well as trends on a wider international scale.
The aim of the course is to develop managerial competencies not only by acquiring theoretical knowledge and procedures in the application of strategic management of the educational organization, but also by practical applications using a number of examples, analyzes and case studies with the possibility of discussion and sharing experiences. The course is focused on understanding the basic terms and their relationships in the context of the current management of educational organizations in relation to the main strategic directions of educational policy until 2030+. The course will use interactive teaching methods, supporting critical and strategic thinking of students.
