Annotation
The course deals with the issue of motivation of staff in education, which is a key basis for managing people and ensuring the goals of any organization. The starting point of the course is the knowledge of the basic concepts necessary for the interpretation, understanding and application of motivation theories.
The course also covers the measurement of motivation and motivational maps and other circumstances that influence motivation (personality setting, personality type, life stage). The course culminates in the development of an educational organization's motivational program and an analysis of critical motivational periods.
The course is mainly taught using the flipped classroom method, which students will be introduced to at the first meeting.
