Annotation
The course focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of school management in the context of educational institutions. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the concepts, strategies and skills needed for effective leadership in education.
Topics include curriculum document analysis, management of the educational process, the legal framework of education, managerial functions and competencies, current issues in school management, public relations, and the importance of school culture. The course enables students to understand the complex environment of school management and introduces them to the conditions for successful management and leadership roles in education.
