Annotation
The subject focuses on selected themes from social gerontology with particular accent on pedagogical aspects of this problematics. Attention is given to the status of senior citizens in contemporary society, to the upbringing towards intergenerational understanding as well as to questions of preparation for becoming senior.
Factors that influence quality of life and health of seniors in out population are closely analyzed.
