Annotation
The subject focuses on selected determinants of health. Monitored the development of nutritional behavior of humans, the influence of nutrition, treatment and storage of food on health.
The syllabus of the subject is based on the assessment of hygienic quality and food safety. With reference to the findings within the study of nutrition, the subject deals with eating and drinking regime of children, prevention of eating disorders and education aiming at good nutrition in schools and educational facilities.
