Annotation
The aim of the course is to get the students acquainted with basic methodological literature, with textbooks of citizenship and with teaching aids used in a citizenship classroom. It focuses on active work with current curricular documents and their use in lesson and course planning.
Students learn actively about different teaching strategies which they try out and respond to. They also familiarise with effective teaching programmes implemented at lower-secondary schools and with preparation of pedagogical documentation.
This course draws on the Methodology course no. I, and focuses deeper on the questions of methodology, on students? active work in seminars and on the preparation of the teaching practice.
