Annotation
The seminar entitled Places of Memory of the Communist Regime presents in a series of lessons some of the nodal points to which the ruling party directed significant propaganda efforts and which formed a kind of backbone of the regime's memory policy. The place of memory does not necessarily have to be a specific "physical" space, but also a ritual, an anniversary celebration or loud praise of the classics.
