Shrnující reflexe oborové praxe II.
The course reflects students' practical workplaces where they apply their theoretical knowledge and gain new experience with the reality of the profession. Their experience in the field practice II is then the subject of joint discussion and personal consultation with the practice supervisor.
In the Field Practice II course, students enter practice at an assigned workplace, where they extend their hospitality activities to include assistant work under the supervision of a designated worker - a special educator in practice. The student engages in activities in the selected school setting and prepares material for the "practice reflection" that follows.
The course Program of Guided Reflection of Special Educator II creates a space for sharing experiences from the field practice, for exchange of information obtained by performing individual tasks directly in practice. Students conduct reflections on practice, of which supervision is an important part.
The findings recorded in the portfolio are peer-reflected under the supervision of the instructor. Supervision leads students to a deeper understanding of the subject matter and to the professionalisation of professional activities.
