Annotation
The course Foundations of Sociology II follows the course Foundations of Sociology I.
The aim of the course is to introduce sociology as a complex discipline having intersection with many others fields of specialization.
Students will learn the key terms of sociology, basics of research and will understand the interrelation of psychology and sociology, demonstrated on concrete examples.
The themes of the course include the issues of institutions, power, communication, traditional and modern society, gender, upbringing, and education.
