Syllabus
Předmět bude strukturován do následujících tematických bloků:
1) Vymezení sociální skupiny, typologie skupin, struktura a dynamika skupin,
2) Význam skupiny v dětství a dospívání, vývojová specifika,
3) Vedení skupiny, formální a neformální, vychovatelské-učitelské versus psychologické-terapeutické vedení,
4) Techniky práce se skupinou - obecné principy technik (cíl, podmínky, průběh, reflexe),
5) Seznámení skupin, nastavení pravidel, vytvoření bezpečného prostředí,
6) Cílené techniky práce se skupinou podle typu zakázky, ukázky konkrétních aktivit,
7) Dilemata a etické otázky při práci s dětskou skupinou (např. sdělování požadavků a výsledků rodičům a vyučujícím),
8) Profesní rozvoj a reflexe při vedení skupin
Annotation
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the specifics of working with a child group in terms of mainly clinical practice. During the course, the types of children's groups, their focus, the structure of such groups and the adequate goals of group work are explained.
Is an overview of the possibilities of individual approaches explained to students? techniques in psychological practice targeted to fitness for diagnosis or therapy. Part of the course is not only a theoretical introduction to the issue, but also practical exercise of roles in the group, including group leadership, so that students can acquire the experience of experiencing and factors influencing behavior and manifestations both on the part of children and on the side of a child psychologist.
The limits of this work and the ethical issues related to it are also emphasized. Also included are questions of co-therapists and problems of intervention and supervision of this work.
