Zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy.
Současná legislativa k ústavní a ochranné výchově a preventivně výchovné péči ve školských zařízeních.
Náhradní rodinná péče.
Institut sociálně právní ochrany dětí, orgány sociálně právní ochrany dětí a jejich úloha v systému edukace dítěte s diagnostikovanou poruchou chování.
Primární prevence rizikových jevů ve školním prostředí ve vztahu k poruše chování. Systém prevence ve školách a školských zařízeních.
Služby sociální prevence ve vztahu k problematice překonání nepříznivé sociální situace a eliminace vzniku a šíření společensky nežádoucích jevů.

Annotation
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the issue of education and correction of behavioural patterns of persons in whom differences in terms of socio-cultural norms in psychological development and social relationships can be observed. The students will gain an overview of the biopsychosocial causes of behavioural disorders and the basic problems of Ethnopedia as a special educational discipline.
They will also gain information on selected methods of ethnopaedic work and on the characteristics of the institutions in which this care is provided. They will also gain basic theoretical insight into the primary prevention of risk phenomena in the school environment.
Attention will also be paid to the issue of social and legal protection of children, social and legal protection institutions and their role in the system of education of a child with a diagnosed behavioural disorder. In connection with the increase in addiction problems, attention will also be paid to basic information on the problem of addictive behaviour and educational and therapeutic approaches in the field of addiction, minimising social and health risks.
Emphasis is placed on prevention programs including residential and aftercare in the area of addictive behaviors.
