Syllabus
Obsahové vymezení:
1. Pojem a vymezení předmětu surdopedie, postavení surdopedie v soustavě věd, metody a cíl surdopedie, společenský význam surdopedie. Význam sluchu a sluchového pozadí.
2. Ucho a sluchová dráha. Patologie sluchového analyzátoru. Výskyt a příčiny sluchových vad.
3. Klasifikace sluchových vad, mezinárodní klasifikace podle WHO. Symptomatologie sluchových vad (hluchota, ohluchlost, nedoslýchavost), terminologie.
4. Diagnóza a diferenciální diagnóza sluchových vad. Pedagogická diagnostika sluchového postižení. Klasické sluchové zkoušky: orientační sluchová zkouška mluvenou řečí a šepotem, ladičkové zkoušky - Weberova, Rinného, Schwabachova.
5. Sluchová zkouška u dítěte: novorozenecký screening sluchových vad (otoakustické emise), reflexní zkoušky, dětská audiometrie tónová, dětská audiometrie slovní.
6. Audiometrie čistými tóny, slovní audiometrie, objektivní metody vyšetřování sluchu - ERA, BERA, CERA, AABR, SEP, tympanometrie.
7. Kompenzační pomůcky - sluchadla, FM systémy, indukční smyčky.
8. Kochleární implantáty.
9. Pomůcky usnadňující běžný život sluchově postiženým. Logopedické pomůcky. Počítačové programy.
10. Důsledky sluchových vad. Prevence sluchových vad.
Annotation
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic information of special pedagogy of a disadvantaged person with hearing impairment and interdisciplinary cooperation with other scientific disciplines, to learn to orient in the field of anatomy and physiology of the ear, to give students basic orientation about pathologies of auditory function, causes and consequences, examination methods, possible compensation using technical aids. During the seminars, students will actively reflect on the main topics of the course, working with selected hearing aid publications.
1. Concept and definition of the subject of surdopedics, position of surdopedics in the system of sciences, methods and aim of surdopedics, social significance of surdopedics.
2. Ear and auditory pathway. Pathology of the auditory analyzer. Occurrence and causes of hearing impairment.
3. Classification of hearing impairment, international classification according to WHO. Symptomatology of hearing impairment (deafness, deafness, hard of hearing), terminology.
4. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hearing loss. Pedagogical diagnosis of hearing impairment. Classical hearing tests: orientation hearing test by speaking and whispering, tuning tests - Weber's, Rinne's, Schwabach's.
5. Pure tone audiometry, verbal audiometry, objective methods of hearing testing - ERA, BERA, CERA, AABR, SEP, tympanometry.
7. Speech therapy aids. Computer programs.
10. Consequences of hearing impairment. Prevention of hearing loss.
