Improvement of the techniques of breasts, emblems, crawls and the acquisition of the basics of didactic activities.Improving the techniques of starting and turning swimming methods of breasts, emblems, crags.Practicing and mastering the dolphin swimming method according to the rules of swimming.Didactic activities - work in pairs.Familiarization with the elements of finning swimming - training of waves, meaning and use of fins during teaching (theory, practice).Preparatory swimming exercises in both water and dry conditions,meaning and use of other swimming aids (boards, packs, etc.)Developing special swim capabilities such as speed, endurance, strength and mobility with the use of other swimming aids.
