Syllabus
Základy sjíždění a zatáčení, základy běhu na lyžích, lyžařská turistika, celodenní lyžařský výlet a zásady pro jeho vedení, hry na sněhu, technologie přípravy a údržby lyží (seřízení sjezdového vázání), teorie a praxe mazání běžeckých a sjezdových lyží. Teoretická témata: lyžařské vybavení pro běh i sjezd (zásady výběru), nebezpečí vyplývající z horského prostředí (bezpečnostní zásady pohybu v horském terénu), vybrané kapitoly z historie lyžování.
Ukončení: dovednostní test, písemný test.
