Syllabus

1. Importance of the subject, basic concepts, tasks, methodology.

2. Physical culture as a sociocultural phenomenon, its place in the cultural development of mankind (anthropogenesis, sapientation, humanization), basic information about the history of physical culture, philosophical, anthropological and sociological background of TTK.

3. Body culture and its relations to material culture, culture of interpersonal relations and spiritual culture.

4. The place of movement in human life and society.

5. System concept of body culture, hypokinesia, somatomental development of personality. Quality of life and lifestyle, health-oriented fitness and performance,

6. Ethical, ecological and aesthetic contexts of blood pressure.

7. Definition of the term kinesiology, human locomotor system, functional anatomy of the musculoskeletal system, control of momentum.

8. Anthropomotorics in kinanthropology, its subject, content, structure and methodology.

9. Types of motor skills, ontogenesis of human motor skills, structural, procedural and final aspects of physical exercises.

10. Sensorimotor learning and its phases.

11. Health-oriented fitness, performance.

12. Motor abilities and skills, their biological basis, structure and evaluation, diagnostics of human motor skills.

13. Motivation in physical education and sport.

14. Aggression in sport.

15. Regulation of current mental states.

16. Psychological training, its importance, social perception, sports communication.

17. Mental processes in physical education in adolescence.

18. Emotions, cognitive, emotional-motivational and free processes.

19. Psychology of rivalry and competition.

20. Creativity of teachers in physical education and sports, obstacles to creativity. practical use of knowledge in the conditions of physical education and sport.

Annotation

The aim of the course is to provide students with information about the basics of physical culture theory, anthropomotorics and psychology of physical education and sport. To teach students to understand the importance of physical activities for creating a lifestyle.

The basic topics are: Physical culture as a socio-cultural phenomenon, its place in the cultural development of mankind and the changing role in various socio-historical conditions. Kinanthropology as a discipline.

Anthropomotorics in kinanthropology, its subject and content. Accentuation of biological, social and psychological context in creating a lifestyle.

Basics of sport psychology. Practical psychological exercises focused on the use of physical activities in solving current social problems of youth (hypoactivity, drug and other addictions).

Credit is conditional on the submission of a seminar paper on a given topic. The exam requires oral verification.
