Syllabus

1.  Introduction to the didactics of physical education. Resources and position in the system of sciences. PE in the framework of the educational programme. Credit and exam requirement.2.  Characteristics of the role of pupil and teacher within the educational process in PE. Methodological and organizational forms of  PE, didactic procedures, methods, styles.3.  Kinematics I4.  Personallity and compentence of PE teacher.

5.     Kinematics II.

6.     Dynamics of physical exercises I.

7.     Dynamics of physical exercises II.

8.     Pupil in the educational process of PE:- ontogenesis of motor skills, didactic aspects of motor learning.

9.     Experimental methods in biomechanice

10.  Visit a PE lesson.

11.  Analyse the didactic process of the attented PE lesson.

12.  Presentation of preparation papers for the PE lessons. Written exam.

Annotation

The aim of the course is to create a basic idea of the position and principles of school physical education didactics in the context of the teaching profession. The subject also includes innovation methods and didactic principles.

The aspects of motoric learning are the teaching of physical skills which also includes the basics of biomechanics in different sports. The students will see the biomechanics from a didactic view and use audiovisual methods to monitor movement for kinematic analysis in PE didactics.

Students will visit a physical education lesson, which they will then analyse.
