Final reflective seminar
Within the subject, students lead and organize the training process of children and youth, primarily in swimming school, or sports clubs, organized training sessions, sports days, etc. Students prepare for each practice. The end of practice is a reflective seminar focused on the analysis of the implemented training process. It is desirable that student teachers are complex personalities, active in their surroundings, and their involvement in association and interest activities is not a peripheral aspect, but an important component of their profession, which helps their authority, experience and communication. The emphasis is on dialogic and reflexive character:
- role and identity in different social environments
- authority and communication in an informal environment
- personality leading a collective of children and youth
- social dynamics of the collective of children and youth
- sports activity in a wider social context
