Syllabus

Gymnastics course:

1. theory of gymnastics - history, division, rules

2. specifics of motor learning in gymnastics for different age and performance categories

3. didactic aspects of gymnastics (principles, styles, forms, etc.)

4. other sports gymnastics (MG, rock and roll, aerobics, sports acrobatics, etc.)

5. dance types of gymnastics - folk dance, country dances, etc.

6. women - parallel bars of unequal pole height - basic elements

7. men - horse width - basic elements

8. men - gymnastics for women, women - gymnastics for men

9. gymnastic training for various sports

10. modern gymnastic forms

11. combat sports Skating and ice hockey course: Technique and methodology of driving forward and backward, turning arcs on both skates, transitioning in driving forward and backward, turns from driving forward to driving backward and vice versa, braking and stopping, jumping over obstacles, basics of figure skating, speed skating and ice hockey. Credit requirements: Active participation in teaching 100%.

1. Meeting the conditions of the basic skating, speed skating and figure skating skills test.

2. Mastering the technique of hockey skating and the technique of working with a hockey stick when handling the puck, passing and shooting.
