Annotation
The course acquaints students with the pedagogical aspects of insight into children's artistic expression, which result from the meaning and specifics of artistic activities as part of general education and with their socio-historical contexts. Artistic expression is viewed as a specific form of expression and communication.
During the semester, students create a basic functional vocabulary of art education and learn to understand the general educational direction of the art field. The study selected texts from the theory of art education.
They touch on the definition of some traditional theories in the definition of typologies of creation, the concept of the crisis of artistic expression, creativity, they study the issue of the development of children's artistic expression and its characteristics and stages. The course presents possible forms of cultivation, influencing and evaluation of artistic expression of children and adolescents.
