Annotation

The course focuses on studio teaching, which connects area and spatial perception, follows the course Basics of Area and Spatial Creation 1. It is a continuation of students' encounters with historical and contemporary trends in fine arts and its subsequent transformation into the pedagogical process.

The course is divided into block teaching and is led by two teachers, practical seminars thematically follow each other, they connect. Spatial and object creation will take place in the studio and the open air.

In the first part of the course focused on surface creation, students develop the principles of surface creation. The second part of the course is focused on cultivation in the field of spatial and object creation in the studio and also in the open air.

Studio teaching blends conceptually and formally during the presentation of the exhibition or the author's portfolio of students, in which they are looking for their solution to the concept on the currently assigned topic. Part of the whole work process is a continuous reflection and self-evaluation of the art process, which also helps to understand the author's work from the position of art teacher.

Understanding and placing one's work in the context of contemporary art, through a visit to an exhibition at a gallery institution. The course aims to understand the complex function of surface and spatial expression in one's work and the subsequent ability to transform the acquired knowledge and artistic skills into the didactic competencies of the teacher.

Transformation of knowledge into lesson preparation. The course-object creation course aims to apply the knowledge from the previous teaching of surface and spatial creation, to look for a relationship and attitude to a real place; articulate an artistic idea in a given time and space.
