Syllabus
Obsah:
1. Anatomie sluchového ústrojí – zevní, střední, vnitřní ucho, centrální část sluchového ústrojí, sluchová dráha. Vývoj sluchového orgánu.
2. Teorie slyšení. Funkce sluchového ústrojí, periferní sluchový analyzátor, centrální sluchový analyzátor. Kostní a vzdušné vedení.
3. Sluch a věk. Sluch a řeč, mluvní a zvuková stránka řeči, vývoj řeči. Vyšetření ucha. Sluchové zkoušky.
4. Vyšetření sluchu u dětí – hračkami, řečí a ladičkami, audiometrie, audiogram, objektivní audiometrie. Vady sluchu. Sluchadla. Včasná reedukace. Kochleární implantát.
5. Řeč – příčiny nemluvnosti a poruch řeči. Hlas – poruchy hlasu organického a funkčního charakteru. Nos, vedlejší nosní dutiny, nosohltan, hrtan, průdušky. Stavba nosu a jeho funkce. Choroby nosu ve vztahu ke sluchové a hlasové funkci.
Annotation
The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic overview of the medical field of phoniatrics and ENT. It introduces the basic knowledge of this propedeutic medical discipline so that students can apply the acquired knowledge in other special educational disciplines - speech therapy, surdopedics with regard to the necessary multidisciplinary cooperation in the care of persons with impaired communication skills.
Students acquire knowledge of ENT and phoniatrics, which relate to organic changes in the human body with a focus on hearing, speech and voice disorders in childhood. They learn about the importance and forms of cooperation between doctors and special educators, which are a prerequisite for the correct procedure for correcting impaired functions of individuals with disabilities.
