Annotation
This subject tests the student´s knowledge in the field of literature and culture gained during the studies in the bachelor´s and master´s programme and their ability to connect the knowledge of individual disciplines and to use it in the course of a complex literary analysis of a text. The subject also tests reaching the declared final level of communicative competence for the master´s programme, which is stated to be the level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Attention is paid to the aspect of reading and comprehension and individual production of a written discourse. The exam consists of a literary analysis of a text and a test of culture and literature in which the student shows his/her orientation in the given topic and its wide context.
Essay in Russian language (350 words) on one out of three given topics is also included.
