The aim of the course is to introduce students to education using inclusive didactics. Students will be introduced in detail and visually to the procedures of individualization and differentiation of tasks and cooperative learning processes according to the principles of constructive multidimensional didactics.
Participants will learn to distinguish functional and non-functional group cooperation of students in the classroom, learning strategies based on the formation of preconcepts, the use of cognitive styles of students, meta-cognitive strategies. They will become familiar with the possibilities of classroom organization and stimulating school environment for the implementation of guided activities in small and large student groups.
They will learn to identify barriers in the school environment that hinder the individualization and differentiation of learning activities, and to plan teaching strategies that are based on knowledge of individual pupils' developmental traits and develop pupils' potential for learning in sequential steps.
