Technique and rules of running disciplines. Running disciplines didactics (fast endurance running, launches, relay and obstacle running).
Technique and rules of ski jumping. Didactics of ski jumping (high and long jump, pole vault).
Technique and rules of throwing disciplines (ball, spear, ball, disc). Athletic Multiplayer (rules, organization, mode of training and races, athletic multi-event in school TV and school competitions).
Motivation in Athletics. Application of motor learning.
The use of didactic styles in athletics. Training of pupils.
Stretching and relaxing in athletic training. Movement games for sprinting, obstacles, relays and launches.
Movement games aimed at training for jumps. Motion games for throwing and throwing.
