Syllabus

1. Basics of self-defense and rescue of a drowning person.

2. A set of skills that are used in "defensive swimming" - sidestroke, backstroke, treading water.

3. Activities required when swimming on the surface - noiseless swimming, swimming at reduced pressure visibility, endurance swimming.

4. Swimming under the surface - diving, swimming under water, hunting for objects.

5. Swimming with equipment - in clothes, with weights, swimming zp. "Mazepa".

6. Overcoming water obstacles - transporting luggage, non-swimmers, etc.

7. Help a tired swimmer - in pairs, in threes.

Annotation

Through lectures and seminars, master the basics of self-preservation and rescuing a drowning person, including mastering a set of skills that are used in "defensive swimming". Mastering the activities of swimming on the surface, swimming under the surface, swimming in an extraordinary state of the environment, swimming with equipment and overcoming water obstacles.
