1. Lezení na umělé stěně, technika, taktika, hry na lezecké stěně, vázání základních uzlů, navazování na lano, teorie, technika jištění a sebejištění, slaňování, bezpečnostní zásady.
2. Výuka a základní informace o orientačním běhu, topografie, práce s mapou a buzolou, postup v terénu podle mapy a buzoly. Různé druhy orientačních závodů.
3. Infornace o survivalových závodech.
4. Trénink disciplín v lanovém centru.
5. Outdoorové aktivity v různých ročních obdobích, pro různé věkové a v ýkonnostní kategorie.
6. Specifika výuky ve školní a mimoškolní tělesné výchovy, bezpečnostní zásady. Pravidla pobytu v přírodě, ochrana přírody.
Annotation
Introducing students to the possibilities of outdoor activities in school and extracurricular physical education and sports. Basics of sports activities - e.g. climbing on an artificial wall, basics of orienteering, survival.
Basics of teaching organization, safety rules, basics of training. Introduction to outdoor races.
Rules of stay in natural environments. Basic information about orienteering, different types of orienteering races.
Survival. Training disciplines in the rope center.
Outdoor activities in different seasons, for different age and performance categories. Specifics of teaching in school and extracurricular physical education, safety principles.
Opportunities for outdoor activities to improve the social climate in the classroom. Preparation and organization of outdoor competitions for school and extracurricular sports.
Rules of staying in nature, nature protection. The subject ends with participation in various outdoor competitions in the form of racing and organizational activities.
