Cvičení navazují na témata přednášek.
Pozn.: Distanční výuka se řídí aktuálními pokyny PedF UK. Distanční forma – např. webináře, e-studijní opory, elektronické zdroje ke studiu, další studijní materiály apod. (LMS Moodle). Zadávané úkoly – odevzdání do prostředí LMS Moodle, k diskuzím bude využíváno Diskuzní fórum v LMS Moodle.
Annotation
Course deals with modern concept of education management in broad and narrow context with application of interdisciplinary contexts and approaches, accentuates context of knowledge economy, learning society and learning organization in the environment of dynamic changes and specific target groups. At the educational organization level, attention is paid to the role of managers, the managerial functions performed by managers, and the environment of application aspects of management, including methodological aspects for effective management in education.
Students will acquire skills in creating and applying managerial tools of education and basics of counseling in relation to adults (institutional and personnel aspects), consolidate professional attitudes to modern principles of education process management in various conditions and environments in accordance with humanistic approaches.
