Syllabus
Basic skating - driving forwards and backwards, changes in the direction of travel, stopping, turns in driving, shifting in driving forwards and backwards. Movement games.
Basics of figure skating - triple turn, cadet, preparatory eight, pirouettes, weight forward. Speed skating - forward and reloading in forward, start, relay, shor track.
Ice hockey - individual game activities - puck management, passing, shooting, puck and non-puck player casting, basic offensive and defensive game combinations and systems. Credit requirements - active participation, written knowledge test, practical credit requirements.
Annotation
Mastering the practical skills of basic skating, short-speed speed skating, selected game activities of individuals and their chains in ice hockey, game combinations based on passing, movement games on ice and triple turnover with a figure skating cadet. Acquisition of didactic principles of organization and management of skating lessons.
