Annotation
The course defines the basic areas in terms of leading people in schools. The starting point is the personality of the manager, his role and competencies.
The next part, devoted to leadership styles, enables the transition from a manager to a leader and the effectiveness of working with employees. The motivation of employees, which is necessary for their effective performance and thus achieving the goals of the organization, is not neglected either.
