Annotation

In the subject Physiology of stress, students are introduced to the reactions of the human organism to stress and adaptation processes occurring in the body in connection with training load. The basics of physiology are presented training process, problems of energy metabolism under load, application of neuroendocrine regulation and homeostatic regulatory mechanisms in physical activity, the importance of thermoregulation and excretion at physical activity, metabolism of various tissues during physical exercise and the issue of digestion and nutrition in relation to physical exercise. Students are also introduced to the exogenous and endogenous influences that are involved in reaction and adaptation physical load and specifics of reactions and adaptations during human ontogenesis.

The course is focused on theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of stress diagnostics and expands competencies for the implementation of movement programs at specific population groups.
