The subject introduces students to basic investigation methods in internal medicine, information about the course and diagnosis of individual diseases and the possibilities of their prevention. It also provides information about treatment options of individual internal diseases, gets to know the basic fields internal medicine including geriatrics (somatic and psychological involutional changes of the aging organism).
The subject is focused on connecting theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of human physiology and other clinical fields.
