Annotation

The subject deals with the composition and structure of organisms with an emphasis on eukaryotic organisms - humans, presents the basic topics of cell biology (cell signaling, cell division), pays special attention to the transport mechanisms of the cell membrane and membrane potential, briefly biochemical reactions in the cell and maps the basics of general genetics, evolutionary theories, epigenetics, and population genetics.
