8. The modern dance technique

9. Gymnastics for children. Gymnastics games. Acrobatic preparation - support and firming up. Rings - statics elements, hangs

10. Acrobatic preparation - take off preparation (trampolin). Parallel bars - arms travelling, swinging. Horizontal bar - pull over , hips circles (background of spotting)

11. Tumbling - hand stand, cartwheel, statics positions. Rings swinging - swinging. Vault - crouch vault, indirect spotting.

12. Tumbling - take off and rotattion preparation. Vault - straddle vault. Horizontal bar - back hip circle, form stradlle support reverse kip, hang parparation, swinging.

13. Gymnatics terminology I.; Tumbling - cartwheel, round off, preparation for hand spring.

14. Trampolin - straight jumps, long flay to roll. Parallel bars - upper arms support, swinging

15. Wall bars, bars, rings - support preparation, hang preparation and firming up preparation.Vault - vaulting box - crouch vault.

Anotace

The goal of the subject is to master the conscious gymnastics and dance movements. Understand the patterns of correspondence between the movements and the music. Gain the basic didactic skills during the lectures of gymnastics and dance where will be shown examples of chosen gymnastics activities, characteristic rhythms and dance.

Students will have the opportunity to acquire and develop the fundamental gymnastics skills necessary for tumbling activities, trampolin, and others select pieces of gymnastics apparatus. The student will be exposed to a variety of teaching strategies, styles and learning environments. Attention will be paid to safety, skill analysis and group management
