Content of lectures: 1. Introduction, organizational instructions, technology of performance in gymnastics 2 - 3. Technical basis of movement 4. Analysis of movement activities (measurement and evaluation of motion parameters) 5. Specifics of sports training in individual gymnastic sports 6. Physical aspects of sports technique and their application in individual gymnastic sports 7. Regeneration in sports training 8. Musical movement preparation in individual gymnastic sports 9. Staging of sports training in individual gymnastic sports 10. Creation of racing programs, organization of races 11. Sports training management in relation to material and technical security 12 - 13. Legal Aspects of Performance in Individual Gymnastic Sports 14. Summarizing seminar.

Practical training content: 1 - 7. Didactics of individual disciplines, respectively skills in relevant gymnastics 8 - 10. Assistance and rescue training in acquiring selected skills 10 - 14. Practical examples of realization of partial parts of the training unit in given gymnastic sports
