Test Theory - ClassicL test theory; measurement, variables, scales
Properties of normally distributed frequencies (research sample, sample size, types of sampling and its implications for interpretation of results
Relations and correlation of collected data
Test properties: validity, reliability, difficulty, homogeneity etc….
Testing of statistical hypothesis T tests and Analysis of Variance
Regression: linear regression and multiply regression
Anotace
The aim of this course to present basic milestones of Quantitative methodology which enable students to build up research design for their master thesis with quantitative character. Students will work on methods from quantitative research considering sampling, selection of dependent and independent variables, logistic process of data collection with avoiding biasing data and data analysis procedure.
Students will also practically meet the most frequently used statistical approaches from inference statistic.
